Unlike other computer instruction locations that primarily gear their courses and workshops towards working adults, C3s primary focus is working with Loudoun-based K-12 groups seeking to enhance their overall computer and technical skills. Through leadership programs and character building, C3 supplies children with valuable and technology-relevant skills to better equip them in today's wired world.

This place was great until we moved out of Ashburn and my kids could no longer attend. They charged me for 3 day camps after that and when I asked them for a refund they told me they didn't see any money from me. I provided proof and still my numerous requests to the owner have been ignored. They owe me almost $200.00 I will never see. Very sad as both of my kids went there for years and all we had were pleasant memories.

Going to a hospital patient parking garage, during COVID, and placing advertisements in door handles? Completely tone deaf and disrespectful of the situation many of these people are in. If there is a place where shameless, unsolicited advertising that includes touching peoples' personal property without their permission amidst COVID is inappropriate, it's that hospital parking lot.

Get a clue and a better marketing strategy. You've actually paid to shine a light on your own ignorance and anger a considerable amount of people who would have otherwise not known who you are.

We had very good experience with c3 cyber club for summer camp for my 6 year old child. They take them for field trips almost everyday. Very few summer camps do this. Staffs are professional and friendly. Reason I gave 4 star instead of 5, is because they do lot of computers which is too much for children of this age. Sometimes no one answers phone which is also one of reason I gave 4 star.

I love C3 Cyber Club mostly because it makes comp sci look very intresting. You also have a lot of breaks where you can ask questions. The teachers are wonderful and would love to help you no matter what. Would recommend for those who love cyber security.

My sons, ages 10 & 11, have been attending C3 cyber club summer and holiday camps for several years. They love it! And while they engage in gaming for some of the day, they go on daily field trips to places like water parks, playgrounds, laser tag, movies, and bounce houses. They also have a daily activity, like a science or art project. It's great knowing that they get up in the morning and are excited to go to camp!

Cyber club is the right choice for your kids. You were fabulous! Warm, caring, a good listener and very easy to work with. You never got impatient with me and my 2 zillion questions and definitely steered me in the right direction. My son LOVED the camp he ended up at! I encourage you and guarantee you it is the best place your child can be, you can never experience a bad mood, it is more fun, educative, filled with discipline. STEAM Classes and Summer Camps is what your child needs, even we the parents needs it, find time for your kids and your self and let the love work out.

We used C3 Cyber Clubs for our son's 10th birthday party. They staff was very responsive communicating ahead of time to set everything up. The kids all had a great time playing Minecraft and other video games. I like that they also have air hockey and foosball. Andrew was a great party host. This was the easiest party that I've ever thrown! I'm sure my son will be begging to come back!

Awesome Party Place! We hosted my son's 7th birthday party at C3 Cyber Club, and they had a lot of fun. Most of the kids, including my son, were interested in Video Games but had no experience. The Party Coordinator was very helpful in explaining the games and getting the party started. The Staff was on point with arranging the food, ordering pizzas and assisting with the cleanup. Would definitely recommend for future parties!

I rave and will always highly recommend your service. I was extremely impressed with your follow up. You called at the beginning of the summer and actively called to clarify a 3D printing class that my younger son was interested to sign up. You're easy to work with - you did a very thorough job researching the types of STEAM classes for us which was great and exquisite and correctly represented the camps.

Thank you for all your help in finding this perfect fit for our daughter. She came back home happy, more mature and eager to go back to camp. She made so many friends and improved her English language skills.

Came here for a birthday party. This was a really cool gaming center. Almost like Internet cafes when those were hot. You can play almost all of the latest games on various systems here. For all video game lovers, I would highly recommend.

My son LOVES going to C3! The teachers are great with kids, and make them feel at home. He has made lots of friends; and his favorite part is working on electronic legos, bricks and programming! They also work on math and English! If your kiddo is into anything Cyber. this is a great place to go!

Stay Away! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have held off on this review for a very long time. I wanted to give the owner the opportunity to make the situation right, but after months of emails back and forth and at least 2 promises of "the check is in the mail" my patience has reached the end. I had my son's 10th birthday party here and the kids had a great time.

My final bill, however, was NOT fantastic. I came in to book the party and was given the birthday party flyer which states the price for up to 10 kids at $215 plus $21.50 for each additional kid. At the end of the party I was, however, charged $25 for each child and was told "oh, that's our new pricing". Additionally I was charged an automatic 20% tip of $77.80 on the final bill.

This was NEVER mentioned and I have never been charged a tip for a party at a location EVER. What EXACTLY was I paying for? The party host said it was for her, but the personal party host is included in the party package price according to the flyer. And upon closer examination of the flyer, I noticed that we also were not offered the "group gaming competition" or "group birthday shot" promised.

With these MAJOR oversights, I feel I was unjustly charged for $123.30 above what I expected to pay for the party based on the promotional materials. That is 26% of the bill! After many emails the owner did send me a check for the difference in the party price but I have been given the run around on the automatic tip amount which with the adjusted price of the party equals 25% of the corrected bill or over $80.

I was told the check had been sent from accounting and am now getting the run around by both the owner and another employee and have NOT received restitution or even an apology. Please do not consider doing business with this company or owner who chooses to just ignore dissatisfied customers.

I had my son 10's birthday day here. In the beginning, everything is good but when we closed to the two hours limited, the staff started to remained us the time is up. So we didn't know we have to finish everything and out of the door within the two hours. We are few minutes over the limit and the staff started to ask one of the parents to pick up her kid and leave.

He told her they are having party right after this. I feel like he is trying to everybody out of the door so the next party can be ready. We are fine with that but the staff needs to communicate with us not our guest. We felt he is rude when he asked our guest. I didn't recommend this place.

Had my Sons's 8th birthday party here last Saturday and all the kids loved it. Lots of different video games to choose from and staff was great. They helped with serving the pizza and were always available if the kids needed help setting up a new game. This party venue is a great break from all the bounce house parties we usually attend.

Not a bad place to attend a party for a 7 YO. A little dark, but staff was quite good.

My son went an entire day without being able to eat at camp. He was also left unsupervised by the pool on one of their field trips. The staff was not helpful in addressing our concerns, rather they were defensive and a bit rude. Do not recommend.

My daughter was invited to a birthday party recently at this location. There was only one person in charged. There were no planned activities for the children but only a few old games and lots of computer screens to play games which most didn't even worked. The place inside looks dark, filthy and it has a funny smell ( yuck ). The children at the party were already bored after one hour. Good to know after this experience because I will never spend my money in this place.

Don't waste your money. This place is just sloppily run. We enrolled our kids for a Saturday morning camp. The instructor either shows up late. Or some cases doesn't show up at all.

Planned 8 year old's party here. 1. Place is kind of junky with stuff shoved in corners that need cleared out. 2. Our party was mixed with another party. Didn't know which kids were attending which party. 3. There were no group activities coordinated nor group photo. 4. The table clothes provided looked really old. 5. Staff that manned the party expected a 20% tip for coordination of services; however, the support they provided was log on/off to games and pizza handout. Minimal support for cake and none for group activities. 6.

No kid to kid interaction was promoted. 7. No party planning; was told earlier that we could request songs when onsite to be played, but was a foreign concept when we arrived at the party. 8. No preprinted invitations provided as advertisement for them. I am not advertising for them. If you want tacky ones, you can print from a template online.

I have signed up my son for the after care program. I was happy that they would pick up my son from school and take him to the cyberclub. They informed me they will offer some enrichment classes twice a week. But, this never happened. The only thing my son would do after finishing his homework, was basically just playing computer games - Nonstop - since hitting the door.

I decided then to enroll him in their Martial Art classes. After two weeks, my son was hit on the back by this other kid older than him that he couldn't move. I was so chocked that the incident was never reported to me, even if my son mentioned it to the lady in charge, and to the instructor who witnessed the whole scene. Anyway, I ended up pulling my son from there. It was such a terrible experience.

Signed our kids up for an in-school class. Sometimes they don't have enough laptops for all the kids. Twice they cancelled the class the morning of. on 1/24 they canceled the class without notice to parents. found out when we got to school. Suggested we come backfor the afternoon class which we can't do. Not very organized.

My kids just finished a week of half day lego robot camp. while the kids enjoyed it at times, this place is very chaotic and noisy. On multiple days, while the instructor was leading the kids, someone else in the other room was so loud on the microphone my kids couldn't hear and actually gave them a headache. Also this place is not run very smoothly.

I called and was told to fax in my registration form. I called 5 days later to confirm to be told that they couldn't find my paperwork. Then I tried to pay the extra $20 per kid to drop them off early and for 3 days the computer wasn't working. this place looks like a teenagers bedroom. If you are looking for pure gaming, this place is ok. If you want something more, go elsewhere.
