I brought my computer in for repair after having it returned from the warranty company "fixed". I had it back in my hands in less than two days and haven't had any further issues. Great service and price. I would highly recommend.

These guys do business with integrity and provide excellent customer service! Their rates for repair are more than reasonable and the repairs are performed efficiently. In short, they get right to the problem and fix it! None of that working as slow as possible to pad the bill type of shenanigans that other repair shops are guilty of. I heard of Computer Helper through a FaceBook group I am a part of. Ryan was very helpful. He listenes to my issue. Immediately told me the problem, cost and time it would take to fix. I left my laptop overnight because I had to get back to work. He called me to advise there was a slight change in what he would need to do. I really appreciated that. Today, I picked up my laptop and it is working better than new.

Great staff very friendly and always kept me in the loop as to status and finish of work. They replaced a screen on a work laptop and was exactly what I was quoted and completed on time. We had used them before to replace a hard drive on another laptop. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Evan took great care of my laptop after the backlight went out. Not only did he work hard to return it to me, but he also worked to prevent me from spending more than what was needed. I would recommend their services!

Hey Villa Rica, you have a good and reasonably priced computer shop conveniently located right down town. Jason Good is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to explain stuff if you are interested. I took a 9 year old laptop in that had been getting progressively worse when it finally failed; and fixing it got beyond my ability. Jason fixed it up and I'm happy. Give him a try if you need computer repairs.

From the time I entered the door everyone provided exceptional customer service. Jackson has been nothing but professional and called me within 10 minutes of my leaving to provide an update. Work has not yet been dulky completed, but I am at ease currently based on their communication alone so far. It is a sad time when your computer is sick.

Ryan is a very knowledgeable and professional guy. Ultimately my computer wasn't worth repairing but he gave me a full explanation of why that was very understandable. He also offered to give advice when I was ready to purchase a new machine even if it wasn't from them. I really appreciated the customer service. Will definitely recommend in the future!

Computer Helper is a very BIG HELP, in time of need! They are awesome and the service they provide is excellent! He gave me options and recommendation. Although; I didn't understand half of what he was saying in reference to the computer, I could tell he was very knowledgeable of what he was talking about. I could see that it wasn't only a job for him but he was compassion about it. Lastly, he were very considerate of my time frame and very patience with me.
