Exceptionally clean and professional testing center. They offered a controlled and quiet testing environment and had secure lockers to store your personal items while testing. The woman at the front desk was very friendly.

Just passed my Security+ exam. Infotec was the best exam site. Warm, courteous greeting. Excellent environment. My training assistant was the best. Thorough brief on procedures. Very pleasant personality. Made me feel valued.

I went to Infotec for a certification exam. Microsoft's site had not been updated during COVID and so I had to schedule my exam with Infotec directly. Rebeckah Dabbs was gracious and prompt with communication and an excellent host. Great location in Virginia Beach and the facility is very clean. They had all the necessary accommodations - lockers for belongings, cubical settings, comfortable chairs and even earplugs for those that are sensitive to sound. I will definitely return for future certification exams. Thank you Infotec & Rebeckah!

I completed my final SEE exam last week and this is by far the best testing center experience I have had. The staff were very professional, yet casual enough to set a good testing environment. They were prompt to respond to requests during the exam and provided results to the exam promptly without making a big ordeal. The facility was clean and it felt very safe. Look forward to taking my NCE here.

Incredibly welcoming lobby! I came here for a certification exam and was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the receptionist. The process was quick and easy! From registration to completing my exam. There are lockers outside of the testing room to place your belongings. I was skeptical and hesitant on taking another proctored exam but the testing room is so comfortable.

Perfect for optimal concentration! Cubical setting, comfortable chairs, and they provide you with ear plugs to minimize distractions. I will definitely be back for any of my future test taking needs! Great job InfoTec!

Well please with the home experience and I was able to research what is needed to be research in order to make the correct life decision for my family. I'm glad to find the appropriate program that will lead me into greater opportunity. Absolutely cleaned building and was fortunate enough to use their coffee machines because of the thoughtful receptionist

Went there today for a certification exam. The sign in process went smoothly, and the staff was very helpful. The lab was quiet and clean. Ear plugs were provided but I did not think they were needed. I will return my next exam.

Course Taken - Military Fiber Optics Installer Amazing and friendly instructor, very well designed course, hands on labs were very understandable, course material was straightforward and informative. The facility is very clean, has an easy to remember layout, and very professional staff. I would highly recommend this be the place you attend for any available certifications they provide.

So this was somewhat of a mixed bag experience. A group from my work were there for Microsoft Excel Level 1, a significant portion of which I already knew so the instruction seemed a little bit extra dry. Our instructor absolutely knew what he was talking about & showed the appropriate steps to perform all the basic tasks of a Level 1 course. Unfortunately, when we returned from lunch we only made it about another hour or 2 before the brand new 70 or 80 inch Samsung display started to act up.

We sat around waiting for a good 30 minutes or so while they unsuccessfully troubleshot the issue. Eventually someone in charge came in & offered for us to return another day to finish the remainder of the lesson. I feel like it was justified when I suggested that they discount our Level II course if our company decided to send us back for it, they seemed mildly amused by the suggestion.

Without the technical difficulties they'd probably be 5 stars, but wow, Level 1 is seriously basic, so if you've been fiddling around in excel for work the last couple years you're probably ready for Level II.

Extremely awesome facility for training. Great break room with vending, fridge to store your lunch, complimentary kuerig coffee. Nice clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking outside. Each classroom had whiteboards, projectors, desks with computers for each student. The checkin process at the start of the class I attended was extremely professional. Only gripe: if the weather is hot and you are in a classroom on the south side of the building, the Windows turn the room into a giant green house and the building AC just can't keep up. It was very hard to concentrate when the classroom temperature stayed at about 77 degrees.

I'm surprised this place hasn't been reviewed. However, I have yet to have a bad experience with this facility has been nothing short of awesome. The staff has always been exceptional, knowledgeable, and prompt. There isn't much to comment with regards to anything else but if you go here, and follow all the instructors' leads, you really can't go wrong.
