I just took my first online course from Keep It Simple. I have attended numerous courses "in person" over the last several years and I ALWAYS turn to Keep It Simple for my computer training needs. The instructor, Laura, is loaded with knowledge (not to mention her patience and personality!) and is never unable to address a participant's individual needs.

Overall, I had a great experience. I have taken several course from Keep it Simple and every course has been extremely helpful. Laura does a great job and has a wealth of knowledge and does a great job incorporating specific needs you might need help learning for job. She does a great job tailoring for everyone while keeping to the course agenda.

The information in my class at KIS (not my first one) was functionally useful and will be making task execution a lot more effective, as I become more efficient in Microsoft products. The instructor is an ace! Gives personal attention to all questions asked and follows up with reinforcing examples of items. Courses are well structured to hit the key elements that will enable and empower you with computer skills. KIS is strongly recommended for learning computer skills.

Laura (Instructor) was amazing. She was able to stay enthusiastic and keep the class interesting throughout even with remote conditions making things much more difficult on her ability to interact with the students. I found the material very easy to understand and learn with her methods of explanation and demonstration. I was very impressed with her ability to assess and address any issues a student would have. It's rare that students are sad that a class is ending and are willing to stay more than an hour later for additional exercises. Thank you!
