I sent an inquiry to the company via their webpage and the owner recommended; 2 hours per week, prepping for all parts of the test, for 8-10 weeks, during a day when my daughter could not attend. I responded with a very detailed message to the owner about my daughter's previous testing, Science only needs, and schedule. She asked me to call her and I quickly learned that she had not read my email or given any consideration to my daughter's specific situation. She simply wanted me on the phone to try and sell me on her initial proposal - which was impossible for us. A big disappointment and a waste of time.

The tutors were fabulous. We hired 2 for 2 different classes and were very happy both times. Tutors were pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual.

I completely agree with the review below. The owner of this company is rude and her only interest is the money. She doesn't really care if your child receives proper help. We used Lexington Tutoring a few years ago and I was appalled at her attitude, her policies and her process. We have used other companies/tutors and never experienced this kind treatment.

Not only does she charge extra for the tutor to give feedback to the parent at the end of a very expensive session, but she charges if your child needs a worksheet or two for homework. After paying the exorbitant tutoring fees charged by her, you'd think she'd allow the feedback at the very least. With so many amazing options in Lexington and nearby, I would say, look around before you use this company.

I called to get information about their tutors and, without mentioning names, the woman "in charge" was probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with. When I asked about a policy of non refunding money even if you end up in the hospital after a car accident, she hung up on me. I then called her back and she said " yes I did hang up on you and I don't like to be questioned".

Well in any business you ask questions before you agree to over &2,000.00 of tutoring. Anyway the point is, there is NO reason to hang up on anyone and to be that rude to a potential customer, to me, only means that they don't care. People warned me about this woman who sends you to the tutors so please be careful; I wouldn't want anyone to be treated as I was and spoken to in such a degrading way while asking for a service.

She said she only care about the money. Well I only care about getting a tutor for my daughter and to admit that is mind boggling. This company isn't worth it, there are so many more tutors around. This should be a happy, non confrontational experience!
