An amazing group of trainers who personalize sessions according to your individual needs. Always a very welcoming place to train where you can feel comfortable and have fun with exercise (shocking I know). Would recommend to anyone who wants to make some positive changes in their lives.

Very unprofessional not contact for a few weeks after a few weeks of training. So could not make new appoinmemts. Then The trainer cancel 10mins before session. I was waiting in the car park. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
