Took the Security+ course with the exam pass guarantee. The course was basically the instructor telling about stories and things he had seen in the field, and never really taught what was going to be on the test. I took the course in March 2022 and since then have been teaching myself through the provided "practice test" from cybervista. You have to get an 85% on the practice test for onlc to release the exam voucher to get Security+.

I've done that, and I emailed them last week to get my exam voucher and still haven't received a response from them. This was a waste of $2500 in my opinion, considering I could have paid $300 for a voucher and even if I failed the first time, I would only have to pay $300 to get another voucher at this rate I could fail 7 times and still be money ahead and not have to deal with the headache.

Truly garbage. My company offers a stipend to spend on training and I chose ONLC due to having a local Fort Worth campus. It was not a campus. It was a closet sized room rented out in a shared work space. The instructor was a retired coder who was not familiar with the current version of. NET and advised against the book, that ONLC provided. A waste of 4 days, no value here.

ONLC training center is probably ok for excel training however when it comes to quickbook desktop training its quite poor. It's the same things if you are going through the manual yourself at home. There is no hands-on training setting up dummy company or transactions for Level 1 and 2 training.

I am retaking two courses I took several years ago. I remember how helpful the classes were and how good my teachers were. Im worse than just not techy. I am anti-techy. So they have to teach me from the ground up. And did. My work hasnt required me to use these particular skills since, bit now they do. Plus One should do everything they can right now to sharpen the sword so to speak as a job seeker.

The customer service is amazing. I was up before typical business hours and thought Id be chatting with a robot but nope! Humans answered a slew of questions. They are great. The classes and the teachers. Highly recommend.

Took a Python course (remote classroom) back in Oct '19. Pricey, for what I now realize could a have been accomplished with a few you tube videos, some online resources, and a little focus and determination on my part, quite easily. The instructor was good, but the format and model, not so much.

I was very excited to take my MS-500 through ONLC online. Withing two weeks they switched from one hosting service skillpipe to ONLC Training center. After switching to ONLC I could not get my certificate of completion for module 1 ( there are 4 module) emailed support and they gave me a certificate of completion for the whole course. I was like whatever I intend to complete the course.

Once I got into module 2,3,4 none of the practice labs would work. Every lab has you start by creating a user in 0365, halfway through entering the user info the lab crashed. I emailed support 3 different times with no response. So I have no way to test and see if I know how to perform the necessary steps. The content was valuable in the readings and easily would have granted a 4 start review if it wasn't for the labs. They were the primary reason I paid $700 instead of $50 for a book. Can't believe they are Microsoft trusted partner.

Dave was EXCELLENT! I took Photoshop level 1 training and learned so many tricks! Classroom was ready when I walked in.... it was quiet so I was able to focus and never had a technical problem.
I will be going back for Photoshop level 2 training. (Already sent the email actually 😂) I felt like he truly cared and we had fun while learning. WORTH. EVERY. DIME. Ask for Dave. Great, GREAT company!!!!!

I am taking the MS Project training in League City. The material is ok and instructor is knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is a typical office building and folks are generally nice. My low rating is for the general experience. The training is entirely remote and I am stuck in a tiny room by myself with a Jabra speaker. It feels as though this is an office that had an extra closet and wanted some extra rent money to pay for their summer outings or something. It's an odd setup and feels like I'm imposing on the receptionist every time I have a question.

If you don't mind coming in and sitting in a small room by yourself for 8hrs, which I'm sure is ok with some folks, this would be a good training for you. For me personally, it is depressing and I am finding it very difficult to stay engaged.

Do not use these guys in Atlanta. I recently paid $2300 for 3 day ITIL training. For that cost I would have expected a certain amount of amenities for training. A clean class room, course materials, an actual classroom experience, lunch, anything. I showed up to the address 30 mins early to make sure I would be in class and able to set up. I was shuffled between 2 floors before the "room" I was supposed to be in was finally figured out.

While this was going on several other people arrived to use the shared office facility only to find that the rooms they booked had been double booked. Finally, after 10 mins of the class going on behind a locked door, they found the right key and let me in. I walked into a windowless poorly ventilated room with 2 monitors and a jaba speaker. This was the class.

I was supremely disappointed. What have I paid $2300 for when I have a better set up at home or even my office and wouldnt have had to travel to do it. Believe me when I say this wasn't worth the $4 I had to pay to park. As I settled in to actually get involved in the class the instructor mentioned the classroom materials (work books) that have yet to be provided.

I then have to get up from the seat (remember I was already 10 mins late) to then go to the front more than once to inquire. The lady at the desk is clearly overwhelmed with other issues and no materials are found. After waiting for another 20 mins or so, I make the decision that this is NOT worth what I have paid for and I dont even have the required materials to complete, and I walk out.

I will not be sending anymore of my staff to any training that have the ONLC name on them. I will say, that the refund process took less than a minute and the confirmation came within about 30 mins of me returning to work. I have a feeling having to give refunds is a huge part of the business.

Let me start by saying that my review is targeted towards the Atlanta facility, although I think it is all one company so some of my comments are relevant as a whole. My first comments may be Atlanta specific. The room that they put students in is a windowless, unairconditioned room with several computers running in it. Which means that the room is HOT.

Like unbearably hot. I chose to leave the door open the entire time because I preferred to be slightly less hot than to have a quiet room. I had a few people walk by and mention 'you can shut the door if you want', which to me was their polite way of saying 'we don't want to listen to your course, so shut the door'. Even if the rest of my experience had been wonderful, I would never take another class from them just due to the physical discomfort of being in the room.

My second criticism is that they switched over to providing heir workbooks 'electronically' without realizing that many people at companies do not have the ability to download their strange software because we are not administrators. I have frustratingly attempted to download the workbook several times from link they provided and constantly failed. What's worse is that I even emailed them asking for help.and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. Clearly, once they have your money, they don't care to help you any more. What's in it for them?

My third criticism is not really a criticism, per se. I was taking their basic Sharepoint class and found it to be INCREDIBLY basic. Granted, I am probably slightly more tech savvy that the average user, so I can't complain that their intro course was too basic. Mostly I'm just incredibly disappointed in their lack of customer service and lack of desire to create a good learning environment for their clients. There are better options out there.

Enrolled in a $2500 Network+ course last month, and all it consisted of were power point slides and one small lab involving wire shark software (didn't even last 15 minutes). I was extremely disappointed especially since I went with a high expectation. You can trust me when I say that I will definitely not be recommending this training center

Much better experience for my second class at Onlc. They offered me another class. There were no technical issues and the instructor was much better! I would try them again after this experience. Original review: Spent 300 on a class where they spent most the time reading from a book or fixing people's technical issues. The first hour was technical issues and reading the day's schedule.
