My PC's hard drive was dying. They put in a SSD drive, but while re-setting the PC, all sorts of gaffes were made. Specifically, the tech linked my computer to OneDrive (which I don't use). So, everything I want to save is directed to OneDrive (which isn't active), and while the owner provided some help over the phone, it didn't completely solve the issue. Technician was over an hour late on one occasion, and only called after I had called the office.

I was assured my old hard drive was "recoverable", but when my PC was returned (with the new drive), the old hard drive wasn't able to transfer to the new one (I thought that would have already been done back at the shop when they replaced the hard drive), so, they kept it to place it on the Server which, I was told, would require a couple of days as that process is slow. Well, its Monday (they've had it since Thursday) and no word from them. I don't know. The jury is very much still out.

I have used PCHelpForce a few times over the past 4 years. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. They can fix problems remotely or come to your home/business. I have used them for a ransomware virus, computer/internet speed, and DVD drive & hard drive replacement and have had a good experience each time. Would highly recommend.

I have used PC Helpforce several times to help backup my files, when my computer crashed and recently to help with smart home installation. They receive one star for friendliness, both the owner and technician are nice guys. However, the remaining stars are absent because it took over a month for data recovery to be transferred to a flash drive. Then, I had to call to get the dead motherboard laptop back. In addition, was disappointed to find the hard drive was not returned with the laptop which led to my making another phone call. In all, two months from laptop pick-up and several phone calls to have everything returned. I expected more efficient service.

The technician did 100% the data recovery. I'm really glad about it. I just didn't like that he charged for his hours of service and this was not mentioned in the estimate price.

I was migrating to a new laptop which included the move from Win7 to Win10. I've successfully switched to new laptops previously but had met my match in getting the old files and.pst files to match up with the new outlook.com userid I was forced to take. A friend in Phoenix referred me to PCHelpForce. I spoke with Bill who got a clear understanding of what was needed and then booked an appointment through the web site. Dave called the next day at the scheduled time, walked through my requirements and went about his work via remote access.

There were many files and the.pst's were large but in less than 2 hours Dave had me up and running. I never would have accomplished the work in that time frame so this was sooooo worth the cost. I'll be directing future tech support requests from family to these guys!

Dave was great! I had him come to my house and connect my sonos system with the rest of my 1990 stereo system and set up differ t zones around my house, garage, backyard etc. I could have done this myself but it may have taken me 2 days with the new universal remote etc. Man was this money well spent and Dave was very efficient in getting all this hooked up- PC HELP FORCE is not just for PC's he does everything electronic and I highly recommend!

I called PCHelpForce when my video card went out a couple weeks ago. (Found the company here on yelp.) I made the appointment for Saturday morning on their website (love when I can do that). Their technician Bill arrived a bit early (the booking tool said the window was one or two hours before or after appointment time). Bill was friendly and efficient.

He gave me my options, we agreed on a plan, and off he went with my computer, promising to return the next day (Sunday). Return he did, on time and with a smile on his face. He got everything back up and running and I was good to go. Unfortunately, my hard drive started going out (multiple BSOD issues). Without hesitation I contacted Bill. He immediately setup time the next morning.

Once again he arrived on time, ran some diagnostics and confirmed the hard drive was on its last leg. We agreed upon a plan (which included an external hard drive for backup) and off he went, again promising to return the next day. Which he did, on time, and with a smile. He had replaced the hard drive, transferred all my data (documents, photos, etc.), updated all my drivers, and reinstalled most of my software (all except my videogames).

This was the first time I had ever called a professional to work on my computer (I usually ask my tech savvy friends, but it had started to feel like I was taking advantage of the friendships). I'm glad I called PCHelpForce. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

This was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was having horrible problems with my home wireless, and was stressed beyond belief. I had 2 previous people try to repair it, and spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple, to now avail. PCHelpForce sent the perfect technician to me the next day, and he was awesome!. David and his team have always been there for our companies and personal needs. As a business owner I understand the needs of having responsible people helping us when we need it most. Prices on service and computers (yes, he gets great deals) are certainly within or below industry standard rates. On a few occasions they fixed problems without a visit using a remote access (I'm not technical so not sure what it's called) and it was simple and FAST. Having them come to your home or office can be priceless so your not unhooking stuff.

I recommend them fully. I saw some bad reviews and just cannot imagine David, who has been serving our companies for over 5-years, being anything but polite and professional. Thank you David!

I has some issues with the last visit from PCHelpForce. After writing a review on Yelp, I was contacted by the owner David that apologized for the miscommunication and not being able to fix my issue and reimbursed me for the charges.

Thought this would be great with what they say about themselves, boy was I wrong. I had a appointment at 2pm for in home fixes. I checked in at a little after 2 to make sure they were close. As I run 2 companies myself, time is valuable and many people are not so courteous with your time. they called back and the tech was at a certain spot, en route, and I knew where he was, fine by me.

He was 14 miles away (I even googled it to make sure.goolge even said at that time of day 20 minutes) and i know I can get there in about 15 minutes, all freeway. 45 minutes later I am calling back in to see where the tech is, I start hearing attitude. He calls the tech and calls me back. He is now very close, 5 minutes away. I am now getting a lot of attitude as I made the comment that he's only gone about 15 minutes of driving in 45.

The owner of the company, David, now gets quite snide with me, stating he does not want to be a smart a$$, but he knows right were he was and that is a good 30 minutes. We differed on that for a few moments. actually I know the location quite well too, thank you very much, and he should have been on time and someone should have called if they were going to be late, not getting sassy with a customer who is simply waiting for service.

I stated that maybe it would be best if we just cancelled and he stated that would be a good idea since I was such a jerk (used more profanity). Then he hung up. Not sure who I CAN recommend, I can just tell you that I would never recommend these guys after this. they might think they are the top guys around and if that is the case, I feel bad for all the other guys, they must be horrible!
