Coming to PCI college was one of the best decisions I ever made. If your a hands on person it prepares you with the necessary skills to succeed in the ultrasound field. Also, they prepare to take board exams. The professors are very helpful when you need help. The best part is the school is always open for students to come scan on Saturday's. I recommend this school to anyone who is serious to succeed in ultrasound.

Worst School Ever My daughter's classmate had to report this school to the School Board My daughter had to call health department on this school All the students that attended the ultrasound course can not find a job Because of the bad reputation this school has The instructor never shows up to clase to give lecture This School Is A Scam Looks like Rey pays to have the bad reviews remove and pays people to give good reviews on this unprofessional trashy school

I would not recommend this school to family or friends. When I first enrolled to this school it was because of their good reviews. I failed to realize that this school is not caahep accredited. CAAHEP is the most widely recognized accreditation agency when it comes to diagnostic medical sonography or ultrasound tech education programs. When I first enrolled the director promised employment as soon as we are done with the program and we would be ready for our boards. ALL FALSE I know students from different schools who graduated with their SPI which is the first step to being board certified.

This school was more eager to get you in and out. They didn't care if we were ready for our boards or if we even get a job. (Hospitals won't hire you until you are board certified) so how can they promise employment if they don't make it a requirement to pass your SPI before you graduate?!?!? Your on your own here. Also, my externship experience was not great they don't even hire any of the students.

I graduated from this school for about a year now and no luck with jobs. I'm going to continue my search for a job is just frustrating that this school doesn't do enough for their students like other Caahep accredited schools.

Teachers are super sweet and know what they're doing but are not very helpful since one is hardly ever in the room and the other doesn't understand and is hard to understand. Ray is the least helpful person I have ever met and is very money-hungry and deceiving. I had to talk to him 5x about the same situation in which the teachers were willing to help with but he lied about helping me with & kept pushing it off.

I was told they were going to help us get externships and jobs. My whole class and I had to do this on our own, including the externships. I was told they were willing to work with us on the monthly payments but they didn't tell us they would hold our certificate in the process! I've been done with my externship for 4 months now and they still will not give me the certificate they told me would be ready "in 2 days". Ray said to pay $500, along with my monthly payments, and he would give me my certificate. I did TWICE and still do not have it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So glad I made the decision to come to this school. I enrolled in the DMS program and it has provided me with so many career opportunities. I was placed at a great internship site. Thanks to Dr. Sam I'm filled with so much knowledge about all the specialties in this career field and was able to land a job shortly after finishing the program. Another awesome thing about this school is they are open on the weekends and you're able to go in and practice your scanning ( a lot of school don't allow that )

Waste of time! Get into a program that is CAAHEP accredited where you can sit for your ARRT and ARDMS right after graduation. These people will lie to you and build you up that you will make a lot of money after graduation. LMAO in order to make money you need to be able to have your ARDMS license which you can't sit for after finishing PCI. You will have to find a full time job (Good luck and no guarantees) coming out of a program that is not CAAHEP accredited for one full year before you can even apply to take the ARDMS. You will also be stuck with that pretty little loan bill that you have to pay back.

I just want to recommend this school to everyone, I attended the ultrasound course and graduated June 2019,t he professors where really good. The school help me get a job, and I am now attending the bachelors degree, I can't be any happier for choosing the right school to help me. The best thing is that they have evening classes if you work mornings or vise versa.

So were do I begin. I enrolled into the DMS afternoon coarse. My anatomy class was great after finishing up anatomy we began lecture and lab. Lectures were difficult for me because our teacher had a strong accent and on the over head he had slides prepared for the class but it would be difficult to read at times because he misspelled words. Lab was good we have many ultrasound machines and a helper who can guide us. I'm not too happy because I feel like I didn't get much out of the teachers as in they were bot very informative and did not go out their way for their students.

I did most of my studying at home 80% and researching on my computer. Now I am done with school and currently doing my hours I am very interested in specializing in obgyn I was in a nice site at first but due to the technician I was working with retiring I had to change sites. This is not my schools fault I am at a new site now not even doing obgyn anymore.with 1 technician and 8 students from other schools. I've been bugging my school for a new site to no prevail I feel like I night have to look for a new site myself to get some progress which I feel I shouldn't have to be doing in the first place. I will keep you all updated and see how this goes.

I need to say that I loved my dental class with the professor miss Arianna fox! I learned so much and it helped me to prepare for the real world aka my job interview at an amazing dental office. Not only did learn the basics work book but also on hand learning. Miss fox provided most of our equipment and supplies. She also answered all of my questions and was there when I needed the extra help if I didn't understand something.

I graduated from the ultrasound program and I would like to say it's the best! There are lots of hands-on practice and patients at school, and the externship was so intensive that it really pushed me to my best.

I've read all the reviews posted on here and have taken them into consideration. When I researched schools, I did it thoughtfully. That being said, I am currently a senior at this school and am at the tail end of my courses. I'm a middle-aged mother and wife looking to change my career and my future. I chose PCI because of the benefits of going to a private school. Yes, you will INVEST more money versus a public school. However, you will also waste your time on prereqs and waiting lists. PCI is intimate and information intense.

My experience is exactly what I want out of it. I dedicate and commit myself to my craft and the instructors have been everything that I could ask for. They are knowledgeable, respectful, patient and very supportive. I recommend this school to anyone willing to dedicate their time to the exciting adventure of sonography.

I don't recommend this school at all. I went there so excited and wanting information about the sonographic classes. Ray handed me a pamphlet and said the course will cost 40k. He did not provide me with no information on the course and all Ray was concern about was how is it going to get paid. $$$$$$$$$ that's all they care about. I left there so disappointed and discouraged about even taken a class.

I left there with a measurable pamphlet. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS SCHOOL. they don't even deserve a one star but it wouldn't let me post the review with out marking a star.

My friend told me about this school when I was looking around for a school that offers Ultrasound program. I was happy that I came and got into the program. The teachers are really nice and very helpful with the whole program. They'll help you out if there is something that you don't understand. They have great places for externship and you can always can come back if you need to practice. PCI college is a great school for an Ultrasound program.

I am a current graduate for Diagnostic Sonographer and i have to say i could not have chosen a better school. As a lot of people may know with trade schools it is a hit or miss on the quality of education you will be receiving. I am happy to say that i hit a bulls eye. The teachers are amazing and take their time to make sure everyone understands the current lecture (we all don't learn at same pace). Dr. Sam has such a positive way of doing things to make sure no one gets discouraged when doing an exam either on patient or volunteer student.

I myself felt discouraged at the beginning and he reminded me why i came to this field in the first place, to help patients and have a brighter future for myself and family. Thank you PCI and staff

I took the ultrasound program here and it was amazing. The instuctdors are extremely helpful very hands on I learned very easy to they're instructions and it was fun learning. As soon as I graduated I started working right away. Attending PCI college is the best thing you could do for a great carrier in the medical field.

I attended this school and I really recommend the ultrasound program. The instructors are very prepared, understanding, and helpful. The classes are small which allows the instructors to give students more individual attention to explain the information. It was a great experience.

I graduated from this school and it was the worst school I could have attended in the ultrasound field. the instructor is not properly trained and his English was hard to learn from! They also guarantee you a job and that never happened. All I got from this school is a $25k dept.

I was recommended to this college by my doctor to do an ultrasound on my kidneys, bladder and prostate. The student did a very great job supervised by the instructor Dr. Sam who is a great teacher. And the best part it was FREE. The whole time i was listening and watching the screen. And he was explaining to the student. The student was very professional and loved what she was doing. Based on my experience and what I observed that day I highly recommend this school to anyone who wishes to pursue a career in ultrasound. Great environment and very professional and knowledgeable instructor. Thanks for letting me be a help to students.

My review is not based on the class but based on the elective ultrasound work performed by students THAT ARE FREE! free sonograms! Free baby ultrasound! Free baby gender confirmation! Come back anytime I want!? And they record on a cd for free?! I couldnt be more pleased, work is done by students but confirmed by the instructor! I love how the students sound excited to even do the sonogram. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PAY TO GET gender confirmation! This should be tagged by sorrounding cities, cerritos, Norwalk, downey, bell gardens, Huntington park,

I recommend coming to this school. I took the ultrasound program its the best decision ever the doctors are so helpful they give you their time and they will also stay after hours to teach you. Dr. Sam And Dr. Emad were my teachers they were very helpful. The school will also help you after graduation with your resume and a job. They helped me and I'm currently working at a hospital! There's also an AA program that I also attend. The class size are small compared to other colleges so it's prefect.

Im just wondering how much these people were paid for their review's? I attended the school when it first opened (first grads) and they screwed me and my fellow classmates big time! I attended the ultrasound course and I'm still paying for nothing 11 years later! I never found a job and because the school was only 6 months after completing I found out that PCI didnt make the requirements to become state licensed! Yea I can get licensed with at least one year of experience but whos going to hire u with only 6 months of non professional schooling?

Just stay away from PCI they actually argued with me saying that I attended the medical assistant program not the ultrasound program lol even had that info in my school record's lol! I was dumb and young dont make my mistake!
