Disgusting testing facility. Clutter and dirt everywhere. The staff seemed like he had somewhere better to be and was very unpleasant. He also took a phone call inside of the testing room which was extremely distracting. Masks are enforced. These factors made a very stressful test environment. The only reason this business is open is because they have a monopoly. I'd rather take a test inside of a wood chipper than here again.

Easy to locate, checking in was simple, the staff was super helpful and kind which helped easy my nerves before taking a test. Testing facility was clean and quiet. I would definitely test here again.

It's hard to believe I paid 500$ to have an exam proctored in such a disgusting place. I walked in and told the guy I was checking in for the exam at which point he said in the rudest tone and demeanor "which one" and didn't provide me full instructions on how to manage breaks or finishing the exam. I have never posted a disgruntled review on yelp in my life but I wasn't going to let this go.

Get some customer service skills or don't bother trying to guide people through these proctored exams. Don't bother going here. You deserve much more care and attention

It was a fine place to take my Microsoft exam. Check in was easy, computer worked fine.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality Lady at the front was on the phone the whole time. I could hear her talking throughout the whole test, which made it really hard to focus while reading. The facility is old and cluttered. It is not an ideal or even decent test taking environment.

Great place to take your proctored exams. Plenty of parking so no need to rush. Follow the instructions they provide and go to the back of the building to park closer to the entrance. It was simple to sign in and start the test. The staff was friendly. The testing center was a makeshift project or the new construction could be for COVID-19 compliance. The desk I saw in was surround by plywood to protect from the neighbors.

Honestly, the proctor should dress a little more professional & maybe decide to partake in better hygiene!

I just took the CBEST at Wise Guys yesterday. The guy at the front counter was nice and able to provide good info after the test about my scores. The facility itself was clean and everyone was masked up and following social distancing protocol. It was kind of hard to find. It's on an exterior side of the area facing a small parking lot and some trees. Overall, good experience!

I was hesitant to come here after reading the reviews but I'm so glad I did! Saved me so much driving time! I've been here twice now and had a great experience each time! The first time there was a woman at the front desk & today when I went back it was a man. Both were very friendly and helpful.

Never in my life will I take another exam at this God-forsaken facility. The woman in the front was not only rude but very impatient with me. Her sarcasm was uncalled for and her lack of empathy was evident. I told her I was really stressed out and didn't need any added stress, and she continued to not care and carry on with her level of patience, or lack thereof, when I asked a question she "apparently" went over with me.

I have worked in reception for many years, and never in my life have I treated anyone new, walking in my building like she treated me. Lady in the front, if you're reading this, you do not know what a person is going through especially before taking a state test they haven't passed three times. They already think they are stupid but are still trying, and have a little hope.

But the moment they come in contact with an arrogant impatient person, their level of anxiety increases and disbelief in their ability to pass this next time around. So, please be more considerate and PATIENT with those you have to treat as guests in your building. Thank you.

I had no problems getting my exams scheduled. When I arrived, the woman explained what I need to do to be admitted entrance. I handed her my documents, she did her thing. She then walked me through the process of what was going to happen once I was seated at the computer. I completed my exam, got proof of completion, and thanked her for her business.no problems at all. I will be back to complete more state exams, in the near future. Thank you

Horrible service right at the front desk. I walk and the lady is on the phone, doesn't smile or even say hello. " what is your name, which test are you taking" I gave her the information- she still on the phone. I asked if I use the restroom, i just driven over an hour to get here. She let out this long sigh, and has this look on her face that I am bothering her.

I come back and she tells, I can't have my smart watch on- ok. You have to leave your purse and keys with me- not going to happen. Now she said it stated on the test paper and no where does it say that. I put my purse in my car and came back only with my car key. With her disposition and that attitude, I was irked. This place was so disorganized and junky with stuff and it smell like-cigarettes smoke, it made me cough. Happy I was sent in as inspector! Just kidding.

I took a CSET here. I didn't have any problems. The woman working be check in area seemed to like me, but I can see how she could be rude if she doesn't like someone. There is no waiting area and you cannot check in until 30 minutes before your scheduled testing time. I would suggest not getting there earlier than 20-25 minutes before your scheduled time.

The location is a little bit on the sketchy side. There is a "massage" parlor next door. The facility that the testing takes place in is very run down and messy. But, I got to take my test and there was no problem.

Lady at the front was very rude. I only came to this center because I was told it was the nearest testing center where I could do my verification. I handed her my 2 forms of required identification and she acted like she had no idea what to do with them then rudely asked which one I wanted to use. Luckily all my employer needed was for me to verify I am who I said I was and I did not have to deal with the lady anymore than that. Needless to say, I strongly recommend no one use this facility and drive a bit more to another location and avoid the headache. This lady needs an attitude adjustment and should learn how to treat customers/test takers with respect.

I have dealt with both of the people working here, and I have no complaints they are easy going, and that helps most people with test anexiety. Parking is limited since it shares parking with a strip mall. Arrive 15 minutes early and you will have no issues with parking.

I was very hesitant going to this place for my graduate exams from previous test takers, but my first experience was amazing! The owner treated me very respectful and was very relatable. I have no troubles with scheduling my exams with the testing center. I would recommend this place for students to take their tests/exams!

Went in this morning for my appointment and was helped by Diane. She was so kind and offered a lot of great advice! Thank you so much Diane for the kindness, help and great customer service!

My fiance took an employment assessment here for USPS and this lady there Workin in the morning was an Absolute BITCH. I DONT GO OUT my language to call someone this but she is rude, talked to him like shit, I am so mad over this so upset no one should be treated like this and it wasn't only to him it was to everyone testing at the same time as he was. She needs to figure her shit out. Respect is given when recieved!

This center cost me $600 for my exam. There is no waiting room, I had a exam scheduled for noon, they have one computer to administer the exam on and had to wait for the person ahead of me to finish her exam first because they "don't account for the tutorial time". My real gripe is with the AGD for using such an awful testing center 3 hours from my home when there is a very nice and less expensive testing center down the street.

The women who answers the phone is extremely rude and not helpful. I made an attempt to get two tests scheduled in one day because it was a long drive for me and this is the only testing center that offered both tests that I wanted to take. People who answer phones for a living need to have better customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was in today for an exam and was treated very unprofessionally by a woman who apparently worked there. She wore dirty clothing and was as rude as I've ever been treated by anyone. She barked orders at me, told me she would shred my email, which I was told to bring. I cannot believe this woman actually worked there! I will be notifying her boss of her unprofessional behavior and dirty attire. I came in very friendly and professional. No one deserves this type of treatment. By anyone. Ever! Go home, grouch.

I went here for a test for the TSA part of Homeland Security. I was the first one to show up on 12/3/10 for the test. I followed my emailed instructions to arrive 15 minute early. The office was dark and no one was in front to greet me nor no posted signs instructing us what to do. I peered my head in the computer room and was immediately confronted by the most rude woman I have met in a long time.

Never stepping over the threshold only poked my head in to see if anyone was there, I received a scolding for the next 5 minutes from this lady. After the verbal assaulting she then asked for my ID and then bashed me for having an old SS card. The TSA sent an email that instructed us to bring a printed copy of the email so I asked the rude lady if she needed to see it, she then scolded me again and told me I couldn't bring it in the test room if I wanted to test.

She then took it from me and shredded it. I then sat at my assigned testing computer. As I was adjusting my seat she began some quick incoherent instructions and barked at us not to touch anything yet.we were just sitting down. I finished my test and was walking out as she got up and made it to the front first. She just stood there and I ASKED if there was anything else.

She again barked read this paper im giving you. WOW, this person is giving test for the federal government. No customer service, no cheer, no greeting, no instruction. The absolutely rudest person I have met in some years! I would never knowingly ever do business with this company ever!
