Incredibly unprofessional environment. Excessive wait due to a personal phone call before I could check in. Testing environment was loud and busy. Receptionist could clearly be heard from the testing room chatting at the desk. (I scored well on my exam, albeit likely below my potential, this review is in no way an "excuse" for poor performance)
