I have worked in manufacturing job's but none of them have anything on Royal Technologies. Great atmosphere, very encouraging leadership, and wages are good. OT is volunteer, rarely get mandated but possibly at times. I'll be completing a year in August and have seen opportunities for growth. Great benefits

I work here and absolutely love it. They care about you and your personal well being. We do stretches every morning and have lots of time to get all our daily activities done. It's not hard work and it's really not boring for factory work. 16.50 starting pay and anyone can do this work we have 18-60 year olds that I have met that can do this just fine. This is truly a great opportunity for anyone looking for that job they have the most wonderful benefits and a retirement plan. Please do yourself a favor and apply here I promise it truly is a great place and would love for anyone to better their life with this amazing job!

This is a great place to work.if you can get in. They are very picky, they seem to be ageist and very selective on resumes. This place though, if you are one of the lucky ones, can be an amazing place to work. It is employee owned and employee orientated. As for the company itself, it is a plastic moulding plant based here in Michigan but has plants in a couple other places and even states. They hold quality highly and are sure to do the job well and right before sending out product.
The company has been around for years and it is staying quite solid. The reason for the 3 stars is how harshly picky they are at hiring people, they won't allow a blemish on your record and even at that are ageist in my opinion and from what I have seen myself.

This is an amazing place! Every single staff member I interacted with was helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be working at Royal Tech. The company itself really cares about it's employees and does a lot to help and support them. 10/10 would recommend Royal Technologies. If you're interested in a job in manufacturing, this is the place to go.

A great place to work with an amazing atmosphere, great benefits and overall hard but simple work. I've worked in a few factories and this one is ran very well. The upper management really cares about their workers.
