A thief broke into our storefront and tried stealing my work tower. He ended up breaking my water cooler and that fried my motherboard and cpu. I had to buy new parts but needed them installed properly. After receiving different quotes from multiple places, I chose RAD computers because it was the most reasonable and fairly priced. The staff is extremely friendly and got it done in a timely manner. This was important to me because our systems were down. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!

Mark is absolutely wonderful. We had just gotten horrible family news, and I am afraid I lost it a little bit from my grief. Mark was very kind and worked hard to solve my phone problem quickly on the spot as I had to fly out of the country. It was high stakes for me. He not only solve the problem with incredible intelligence and a deep understanding of all things technical, but as I was having more work done on my laptop, he also didn't even charge me for solving my phone problem. Five stars is too few!

My wife was due this past weekend and I needed to finish up working before going on Paternity leave. My Windows PC broke and I had a number of issues with not being able to boot from the BIOS level and needed a quick turn around. I messaged over 20 businesses in my area but Mark was not only one of the first to reply, but actually made an action plan to help me get it fixed and back before Monday.

Mark the business owner is great. Very smart, knowledgeable and efficient. I am a customer for as long as I live in the valley and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone for their hardware, software or business security needs.

Mark helped me out on Easter 2017. I needed another computer since mine had been stolen. Mark GAVE me a refurbished computer, that was better than the one I had stolen. I took my Mac laptop in for data recovery a few months ago after spilling coffee on my computer. They were able to recover all of my data within a week including wedding photos which I was so worried about losing. I wasn't able to pick my computer up for about three months, and they stayed in communication with me through phone and text and held my computer the entire time. They were MUCH more affordable than any other place I had called.

When I finally picked up my data, they uploaded it onto my new laptop, and even removed a virus free of charge. I am very happy with my experience with RAD computers, and would recommend them to anyone. I plan to also continue to use them in the future for anything I might need computer related.
